Little Blue Goat found this on eBay:

The front had the PPGs with the words "Girls Rule" underneath it.  Pachuco, the webmaster of Meat Jam, confirmed that this shirt is an "official" product.  It was sold at various Suncoast video stores and only available in children's sizes.  Here is the front of the shirt thanks to BlossomBoi:

Spitfire found out that Cartoon Network is now selling a similar shirt!  The newer one is long-sleeved and apparently cut for girls, while the older one was short-sleeved and unisex.  Additionally, the long-sleeved version is available in adult sizes where as the other was not.  You can buy it by clicking here for youth sizes.  Thanks to Pachuco for clarifying the differences.
